| The Guam Election Commission announces that
if you are unable to go to the Primary Election Poll on September
4, 2004 because of necessary travel, conduct of business,
illness, physical disability, military deployment, or any
other legitimate reason, you may vote by Absentee Ballot.
Absentee Applications for Off-Island and Homebound Voters
will be accepted thru Wednesday, September 1, 2004.
In-Office Voting will be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,
from Thursday, August 5, 2004, to Friday, September 3,
2004. In-Office voting will be at the Office of the Guam
Election Commission, Suite 200, 2nd Floor, GCIC Building,
414 W. Soledad Avenue, in Hagatna, Guam.
